There are many theories and techniques related to attention. The most famous is perhaps the term "Focus training", which became a big hit in the 90s and many companies started to engage in attention training to increase work efficiency.

The word "Focusing" comes from the 60s through E. Gandlin's theory, which included three important roles, and one aspect was the acquisition of "Felt sense". In the 70s, the West took mindfulness techniques with it, which also focused on being "present" and being able to maintain attention and concentration. Before all this, almost 100 years ago, a book was published by Edmund Jakobson, in which he described the Progressive Muscle Relaxation technique (PMR), the purpose of which was primarily to release body tension and also to get away from your thoughts. In addition, I also added Schema Therapy body training techniques to the course. In total, we will go through about 12 techniques.

Various attention training techniques have been carefully selected for this course. The sequence, systematicity, and repetition of learning the techniques are also extremely important.
