I conduct sleep training, workshops, and information sessions in companies, schools, kindergartens, and health facilities.
The length of the training varies according to your wishes (1 hour - several days of training). The content of the training is negotiable. Here are some basic topics: sleep physiology, sleep disorders, treatment methods for sleep disorders, specific insomnia, specific sleep for children, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy techniques for insomnia, work stress and tension, techniques for dealing with unpleasant thoughts, techniques for falling asleep better, mindfulness techniques, etc.
