Practical seminar focusing primarily on how to fall asleep better and maintain good sleep hygiene. I discuss sleep physiology and sleep needs, main sleep disorders and their treatment. What does sleep deprivation bring? We review good sleep hygiene and environment. Then I introduce various techniques for letting go of racing thoughts and relaxing the body. We go through sleep restriction technique (sleep window correction) and multiple practical techniques for managing thoughts and emotions.

This is a hands-on workshop where participants go through several exciting techniques for falling asleep quickly and managing racing thoughts. In the theory section, I educate about sleep and sleep disorders, diving deeper into insomnia. I discuss work stress and how it affects sleep. We explore the vicious cycle of stress and work more intensively with restless thoughts and negative emotions.
